Born in Mexico, Guillermo studied Industrial Engineering and after 5 years of work in the field, decided to explore new paths and move to Montreal, Canada.

During this new adventure, he studied Cinema and Photography where he fell in love with cameras, lighting, and lenses. His new visual training and education gave him an appreciation for the technical aspects of cameras and postproduction softwares, but more importantly, he became aware of the human and social skills needed to achieve great images. He now emphasizes collaboration in his creative process, and he enjoys working as a team with other enthusiastic, positive and creative people.

The social aspects of video is what intrigues him the most; getting involved with new people, new places, and sharing ideas to create new images is the force that pushes him to continue to capture images and tell stories through his lens.
